How to create product backlog & sprint backlog in latest Jira

Hello,

I've downloaded latest Jira trial version today. Looks like there is a change in the view. 

Unable to create Product backlog  after creating a test project. As I scroll down & select Project settings option,  Backlog option is not visible.

Please help with the navigation steps to create Product & Sprint backlog.
