JIRA dashboard not visible in all browsers

I have a dashboard that was created in the Chrome and shared with all logged in users. Everyone is able to see it in Chrome, but on the other browsers (IE, Firefox and Edge) they are getting an error - "dashboard does not exist or don't have access to it"

Have you done SSL implementation for your Jira. If not it may be the issue.
