Where is the REST endpoint documentation (Swagger or wadl) on my Jira instance?

Question

This question shows a link to the Atlassian documentation that has a wadl description of the Jira endpoints.  Is there a similar wadl description on my particular Jira installation?  Even better would be a Swagger page, if one exists.

Hi,

You can install free plugin by Atlassian Labs Atlassian REST API Browser
where you can view Javadoc and WADL information for each API method (where available) and execute available methods and examine responses (like in Swagger).
