We are evaluating BB v6.3.2 and I cant find any option on global/repository setting to enable Pipeline. Do I need to enable it from outside GUI? ist related to the fact that is as demo version?

Bitbucket pipelines is designed and built for cloud. For server, you can checkout Bamboo.
