How to set "keep me logged in" checkbox to disabled by default?

Hi Team,

I have checked the below KB article and followed the steps mention but didn't worked for me.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-set-keep-me-logged-in-checkbox-to-disabled-by-default-792305989.html

Can you please help us to disable the same?

Thanks,

Sai Ram.
