How can all JIRA users see the HipTest link on the JIRA issue?

Can a JIRA user view the HipTest link on a JIRA issue without being a user in HipTest?

Do they need an account in HipTest even if they are not testers and have no reason to log in ? Because that will definitely increase the costs with using HipTest, which is not a possibility.

Right now, JIRA user with no HipTest account sees: 

The JIRA users want to see tractability on the issues.  Is there a way to configure this so it will show for all?

Hi Shauna.

Users needs to be logged on HipTest to see HipTest links on their Jira issues.

There is a pro version of HipTest with unlimited read-only users if those users are not testers and do not need to modify HipTest scenarios.
As a read-only user, you should also be able to access the tracability matrix.
