Concurrent user configuration

Hi,

I have 25 user license. Please clarify the following questions.

1. Instead of creating Active / Inactive user, is it possible to create 50-100 users and JIRA will allow to use 25 users at a time. If the 26th user logged in, it will not allow at the time.

2. Do you have any other solution for this instead of creating a user group or Inactive/user ids.

Hi @Shree Vidhya Meiyappan ,

Inactive users do not count against your license. To consume a seat in your license, a user must have either the JIRA Users, JIRA Administrators, or JIRA System Administrators global permission and be active.

By default, the jira-users group has the JIRA Users global permission, therefore the easiest way to reduce your user count is usually by removing users from the jira-users group.

Or you can choose to disable some users.
