May i know , we have bitbucket server and bitbucket cloud , but why cloud version have pipline / deployment , but server version i cannot find the pipline function in the configuration page? is i missing any setting on the server config?

Pipelines is a Bitbucket Cloud only feature that is not present in Bitbucket Server.
