I cannot remember the old server id. How can I check the server ID ?

After registering the Server ID, I accidentally deleted the confluence home directory because it failed during installation.

How can I check the server ID?

Like @Alexey Matveev said you should not need the server ID. Do a new install instead.

If you really must have your old server id then consider the steps:

* setup new database
* complete confluence installation to create home directory and setup the database configuration(recommend using a similar database here)
* once initial configuration is completed, stop confluence
* take backup of the old database
* Delete the database from step 1
* create a new database with same name as step1
* restore backup from old database to new database.
* startup confluence.

The above makes sure confluence has the old server id again similar to when setting up a test instance.
