How to disable the security level value in the sub-story ?

Hi Team,

I created the story and updated the security level as Product Road map, after I am creating sub-story that sub-story its automatically updated the security level values.

Here I do not want updated the security level value. Can you please help me how can I disable the security level value in the sub-story.

You don't. The security level of a sub-task goes along with the parent issue that it is part of.

I think you have misunderstood my answer. There are no "options for inherit", it is done automatically.
