Codacy Project Token is not read in the Bitbucket Pipeline

1. Renamed `test` environment to `development`
2. Set `CODACY_PROJECT_TOKEN` in my deployment variables.
3. Deployed my branch with the `development` environment
4. Codacy coverage package returns an error, complaining that token is not found.
5. Added an `echo` in my pipeline. `CODACY_PROJECT_TOKEN` shows empty string

Okay, basically the problem is that I didn't setup the environments for my pipelines.

I have to create multiple environments and use it in the `deployment` configuration.
