EazyBI - count number of linked isseus

Hi,

I would like to count the number of linked issues, more specifically  - how many bugs were linked to service desk case, then later to filter (per org, per product etc.)

I was able to bring the linked issues as a property, i want to use it as a measure.

I think the solution should be a calculated member using count, but I'm unable to get the proper result.

Hi,

The simplest way for counting the linked issues form the linked issue property is to create the formula counting the commas in the property. I have the linked issue property "Initiative stories":

Len([Measures].[Issue Initiative Stories]) -
Len(Replace([Measures].[Issue Initiative Stories],",","")) + 1

Note that this measure works for the Issue dimension issue level since it refers to the Issue property. You might need to build further your measures to work with other dimensions.
