Is there a way to get Issues that are in-progress but with no work logged shown?

I am trying to just bring up the issues in Jira that are "In-Progress" during the current sprint that do not have any work logged for them. Is it possible to do this using JQL?

Status in (your list of in-progress status) and timespent = 0
