upgrade from jira 7.2.5 to current cloud version

We currently run our own Jira server version 7.2.5 and we want to upgrade to the cloud. When I backup our data it creates a zip file with XML files. The cloud wants to import CSV files.

How can I export my data to the current cloud version?
