Time filters relative or absolute?

If I modify issue at 10.59 and trigger filter:

updated > "-1h"

at 11:10

which of the given intervals will be used for filtering:

11:00 -11:10 , or
10:10 - 11:10

?

I would get my updated issue only if the second case were true.

It's relative in that it looks at the past 60 minutes. It does not start at the top of the hour. Your second case (10:10 - 11:10) is correct.
