I am new to ATLASSIAN what version of confluence and Jira were the last to use JTDS driver

I don't remember, but I recall that it is mentioned in the Jira and Confluence release notes. You can look back through them and see where they switched to the Microsoft provided driver. It was within the last couple years, as I recall.
