Cant log in to Jira - Error appears saying Google Apps account email is already in use by another atlassian Cloud account

As of last week I'be been unable to log into my JIRA account and I get the following error:

"Your Google Apps account email is already in use by another Atlassian Cloud account. Please contact your administrators or log in with your Atlassian Cloud username and password."

Is anyone else getting this? How do I fix this?
