There are several dafault Projects and Team members I would like to delete as they irritate the actual Team . How can I do that?

If you want to prevent some users from accessing a particular space, you should modify the space permissions.
What do you mean by "default"? Are they automatically added to new spaces? Or do you mean you just want to get rid of a load of groups and people?
