Dear support,
after having setup jira service desk, I am not able to change these strings to "Organizations" as it should be, can you kindly help me? There are shown e.g.in the full screen display of an issue.
- sd.request.participants.field.name:
- sd.customer.organisations.field.name
Where can I fix this mean issue?
Also Organization as key word is not accepted in JQL.
