log in problem with Active Directory User

i have some issue since i synchronised the Active Directory  some times i can log in but most of the time i can neot and all my Group user can not too

please can u help me to find a solution

1- yes the Active Directory work fine

2-no error contact administrator

3- only the Admin

* Is the Active Directory synchronization working as expected?
* Is there some kind of error thrown when you try to login?
* Are users from any other group capable of login when this happens?
