It is possible to use the CAS authentication (Apereo CAS version 5.1.4) for the Jira Service Desk Cloud and Confluence Cloud service.
Hi there,
Apero CAS it not currently one of the supported identity providers, it means that there is no official documentation from Atlassian with instructions to set-up Apero CAS, but you can try to integrate by following the steps of the documentation below:- SAML single sign-onNote that, the SSO only works for internal users, it will not be applied for customers to log in on the customer portal.

All SSO integrations are for the agent portal and not for the client portal? Is it possible to configure the client portal to not request login?
Hi @Administración Soporte Server and datacenter versions of Jira Servicedesk has more flexibility around the login experience for both agents and customers (clients). With third-party marketplace SSO apps, you can both provide CAS authentication to both user groups. You can also enforce SSO and stronger authentication methods (like 2FA) for both user groups if needed.I am happy to give you a demo of the opportunities if it is an option for you to move to a self-hosted or hybrid cloud Atlassian environment.Have a nice day!-Jon Espen
What is the hybrid cloud Atlassian option? Could you give me more information?
