Screenshot issues

Hi everyone!

 

I have an issue with inserting screenshots into description of a Jira user story.

When using Chrome it is not possible to insert them at all and when it comes to Firefox I can insert multiple images however not all users can see them (they can only see the first image and all the others appear as plus signs).

Moreover, Description Setting is set on Wiki Style Renderer therefore we should be able to insert multiple screenshots into description.

Could you please tell me if there is a way to solve this issue?

Is this something that is only affecting you? Did you check with someone else having Chrome if he is having this issue?

Are you using any AdBlock or any other extenstion that might affect UI? Maybe would be good to start you browser in safe mode and check again?

If this is still not working try also different network (e.g from your home on different computer)..

That is always basic troubleshooting path that you should follow when having problems with UI.

At the end if nothing change you should note your versions of applications and browser to be able to check if this is not a bug in the release.
