Is there a way to import Epic, Stories and Subtask in one csv import?

I want to create a template where Epic, Stories and Subtasks can be loaded in one import. This is possible with Stories and Subtasks by adding parent ID on the template such as below:

Summary	Issue Key	Issue id	Epic Name	Parent id	Issue Type
Story Test		100	TEST		Story
Sub-task Test		101	TEST	100	Sub-task
