Writing a filter with for one of multiple components

Question

We have an issue with multiple components (A & B)  and are trying to write a board filter for all issues with component B. Currently, the filter says "component = B" but the issue we want to see, with multiple components A & B, does not pass through the filter.

How do we write the filter to include an issue with multiple components? Using "CONTAINS: ~" or other operators doesn't seem to work.

Hi @Neil Bhateja , Your query using "component = B" should bring all issues that have this component associated exclusively, or in conjunction with other components. I am not certain why you are seeing the behavior otherwise. Since you are able to pull all issues with only Component B associated, there isn't a problem with the component name itself (like extra leading/trailing spaces). Here is a relevant community answer from the past which is looking for issues that are exclusively associated with a specific component (kind of trying to bring the behavior you are seeing, but not expecting to see).
