My burn down chart is flat, how do I fix? What are the required ticket fields for burn down chart to work?

On the Agile Board configuration, check which field is used for estimation under "Configure board" > Estimation and see how the burn down is configured.

Make sure those fields are filled in when the stories are created and worked on.
