What's the best way to achieve field level notification in Jira. for example: my requirement is to notify a group of people if the field fix version has been updated in a Jira ticket.
By default when a field is updated there is an Issue Updated event that will result in Notifications. However, if you are not enabling notifications for this event and only want for a specific field you will need to leverage a listener. For this I would look to an addon, e.g. Scriptrunner, Power Scripts, Automation for Jira, etc.
