How to automatically add a sign up user to jira-servicedesk-users group ?

Hi,

I'm using Jira Service Desk 4.1.0 Server, and currently, new customers can create an account on the customer portal, but they are not assigned to a group or an application. Then, I would like to add them automatically to the jira-servicedesk-users group and the JIRA Service Desk application. Because when they are connected, the banner image doesn't appear.

Can anyone help me ?

You can achieve your goal using our app Extension for Jira Service Desk. This feature is named User Synchronisation - read more about it. The app has got a lot of smaller and bigger features for Jira Service Desk, so it's worth to try it.
