Gadget/Filter subscription subscription in excel format

Hi

I have two questions. (i am on jira 5.0)

1. Is it possible to receive the filter subscriptions results in an excel format rather than plain text in an email.

2. Is it possible to have a weekly subscription to  a dashboard gadget on jira.
