We have upgraded Jira (server) to 7.13.0 ,after that we are unable find any shared filters/dashboards but newly created ones are able to find.
kindly let us know your suggestion on this.

Can You check what happen in DB? Maybe filters lost from DB or changed group. Filter shared with group if You changed groups filter may lost from search.
