JIRA Service Desk Cloud isn't updating annoucements

I'm an administrator of our Service Desk - attempting to update our customer announcement, but after saving it's not updating the portal. Any ideas?

@Jake Brain , Is this still occurring? If so it may be an issue in your instance. I would recommend contacting Atlassian Support so they can log in and have a look.
