Find bugs that are not related to an epic that is related to a project

I trying to find bugs that are not related to an epic that is related to a project.

I tried to use "Epic LInk not in childIssuesOf("")"

Anyone that has a suggestion?

thanks for you answer - the issue is that bug can be related to an epic. I need to find those that are eighter EMPTY or related to and EPIC where EPIC is not part of specific project.
