Can't Transition to next Status

Question

When I confirm that I want to move to the next status through the transition screen, the following error comes out:

Error while executing EmailIssueFunction: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: 'To' is a required field: root cause: 'To' is a required field

Hi @Luis Dapat ,

By looking at the description this is might be a validation issue and "To" custom field is a required field. And for "To" custom field not providing any value. Can you please check once the validator on the transition. To check go to workflow -> edit -> click on the particular transition.

Check whether "To" custom field is added to the screen or not. If not please add to the appropriate screen and provide the value to that field.
