IllegalStateException: Node failed to start!

We have try to upgrade the node one by one . ( now we only have 1node cluster). Iwas thinking to upgrade the node from AWS ( a copy for current working instance) and I did the copy upgrade and try to run in the testing environments. but i get stuck on this error
