Translation package in en_US is tiny

Can somebody help me by providing a en_US translation package for the Service desk or way to extract the translation keys?

We want to translate the service desk in Bulgarian language by using the en_US translation as source, but the translation pack in the maven repository for US English is very poor and did not contains all keys.

Hi Valentin,

The steps to create a language pack for Service Desk is a bit different than it would be for Jira Core or Software.  There is a KB that should help in this regard over in JIRA Service Desk Internationalization.  These steps would require you to download the separate OBR file and extract the Service Desk specific translation files.
