Is there a macro for creating resizable table, that is table whsoe cell height and width can be changed once the page has been rendered ?

Yes. This should be the one (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.confluence.table).

I think he is looking for something that is dynamically resizeable after page load, not during the page rendering process.
