We are an environment that has our 2 JIRA and Confluence instances linked to each other. One of our users has an issue with their individual authentication between the two, on the JIRA side there is normally a click to authorize option near the activity stream to authenticate and connect the two instances for the user's information. But this is no longer available. Another issue is when creating a space from a templace designed to be linked to a departments JIRA page, this user can no longer select a project from the JIRA drop down in the Create Space menus.
No other user has this issue.
Troubleshooting steps so far:
User tries in different browser
User flushes local cache
Confirmed user is an admin on both JIRA and Confluence
On confluence, Administration > Cache Management > Flush All
Any help?
