Hello. Is it possible to set Jira Service Desk that the creator issue can not accept his issue?

Did you look at the conditions in your workflow step. I'm not sure if you're cloud or server, so you might need an add-on. But it is possible to add a condition that is "Except reporter" that would not allow the reporter to transition ("Accept") an issue.
