Jira Service Desk portal click workflow button but no response, result 400 error for restful PUT

Question

Without jira upgrade and workflow change, suddenly customer cannot transit issue after click on workflow button.

In browser inspect mode, find consule with PUT 400 error.

May I know if any potential issue to check on it?

Hi, Atlassian solved this within this issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-6402 stuck for few hours with them too. Just upgrade the JSD.

Found that it is because request have approver field contain user id not found. Updated ticket approver field and solved.
