We've inherited an old Jira+Confluence installation, and while we managed to migrate to Jira in the cloud several months ago, migrating Confluence has been a prolonged affair.
And now we get the following when trying to access confluence:
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I think port 8100 is old jira and 8200 is confluence. Seeing things going to 8100 when I'm trying to access confluence makes me suspicious, but being a total Linux noob, I don't know how to proceed. There have been no system or configuration changes made that I am aware of. Reboots have had no effect.
Does anyone have insight on what I can try?
