Closing issue with resolution as Unresolved.

Question

Hi,

I have following workflow mainly for task and sub-task. I am not able to update the Resolution field as its not prompting me to update one and as a result it stays as unresolved.

you can add a post funtcion to the closed Transition to set the Resolution automatically

or you have to check the screen that is opened, when you Change the transition
