How do i create a work flow for my Sprint ? & How to Permission my Project for a set of users.

Hello 

I am looking to create a workflow for my Sprint Process. 

Back Log -> Tailoring -> Iteration back log -> In Progress > Coding Complete > Testing -> Demo -> Done

When I go to my Active Sprint I need all these stages displayed. Could you please help me with step by step instructions for the same?

 

Also my Project Team Members should not be able to see or view other Projects. So how i make it happen?

Restricting the access to project is done using project permissions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/managing-project-permissions-802592442.html.
