two of our clients reported us an error occurred while accessing the JIRA agile, the error is attached, what could be the workaround for this ? it is IE11 published.

What version the JVM is JIRA running on? What version of JIRA? Did this just start happening? Do you happen to know if this issue occurs for these clients in another browser, (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)?
My gut tells me that this is a Java incompatibility of some sort.
This isn't the exact error you're seeing, but give this workaround a try:
