I get data from external DB(Oracle) used SQL Macros. How updete pice this data form Confluence ? How update date that retrive SQL MACROS ?

I don't believe the SQL macros allow you to run updates.  You'll need to write your own code that can.

Excuse me for my English.
In more detail simple examle:
1. I get data from external DB(Oracle) used SQL Macros on Confluence page.
2. I check data in this table
3. I want edit one value(cell) from this table on Confluence page,
so that modificion save(updete, commit) in external DB ?

I am sorry, but the question is unclear.  Are you trying to update a database from a Confluence system, or update a Confluence database?  (Hopefully not the second, as you will break it if you do)
