What is a good way to add little tasks that bypassed the kanban board?

We have a Kanban approach as our engineering process is too "fluent" to be completely railroaded and controlled by Scrum. Even with Kanban, it can happen that small tasks come and get handled even before they appear on the planning/kanban board. Sometimes they are relevant to the engineering process so I want to add them, even if they are already done.

 

I'm perfectly fine with tasks having different 'sizes', but I wonder what a good approach is to add tasks that I can basically immedeately file as "done."

Well you could simply add it and transition to done of course. But if you want to create an "Already-Done" issuetype you could do that. Further you could use automation to automatically transition it to done. Create a work flow that is simply To Do > Done. When the issue is created simply have it automatically transitioned to done.
