About the server version‘s interface

Question

I had pay for cloud and server,
but, why the two nterfaces will be different,
The server version is very old!!!

I need the cloud version's interface at server

Companies who install the server version tend to expect that the interface and general UI will remain stable. They don't want to have to retrain all their users constantly on UI changes ... it costs money. That, I believe, is the main reason that the server version has not changed its interface and has not adopted the new fabric editor.
