Forbid a specific name pattern in attachments

HI all,

I would like to forbid a specific name pattern to attachments.

Use Case:

We have more than 20'000 images in our confluence instance with the name pattern "image2019-04-24_09-34-20.png" (imageYYY-MM-DD_hh-mm-ss).

These naming is because people copy paste the image from a snipping tool and don't rename the pictures. Renaming is a bit tedious, because you can't do this in edit mode.

For the search, such naming of pictures is useless.

Is there a way to forbid such naming patterns? Or probably there is a plugin, where user can change the name in edit mode or even when they paste the image?

At the moment, we do not have ScriptRunner. Do you know another solution?

You could possibly write something with ScriptRunner to listen for the AttachmentCreateEvent and have the user fix the name after it is created.
