Can I create an Epic like type JIRA card?

Question

Our team uses Epics to track releases over several Sprints.

Our team would like to create a similar type Epic card (that has the Epic card features) that could be to track specific set of Fix Versions (but mostly just one Fix Version for each Epic would be the most likely scenario)

Is there a way to create another "Epic Like" type JIRA card?  We could most likely call this card type a "Master Card".

Thanks.

You can do it via support - https://support.atlassian.com/contact has a series of places to get in touch with Atlassian, including making suggestions

Thanks.  I guess I will need to figure out where I can submit a request for Atlassian to add this as a feature.  As we have a need for Epic 'type' cards, but not have them called 'Epics'.

As I said, it only supports one issue type like that.
