You can achieve that with Space Permissions. All you have to do is for the Customer Space provide necessary Anonymous Space Permissions and for the rest Spaces don't provide any Anonymous Space Permissions. It depends on what privileges your customers should have. You can start with providing view permission and you should take a call whether to provide your customers with add or delete pages, blogs, comments and attachments permissions respectively.
