Is there a setting to disable the Edit with button for Attached file in confluence?

With version 6.11 of confluence we get the Edit with button for attached files. Since you need to install the Companion app for it, we would like to disable that option. Is there some settings for the plugin which can be turned off?

I have not done it myself, but saw this when reviewing release notes.

Disable file editing
System Administrators can remove the edit files option from their Confluence site. This means the 'Edit with' button won't appear when users open a file in preview.

To disable the edit files option in Confluence:

1. Go to
   > Add-ons
2. From the drop-down menu, select System.
3. Click Confluence Previews from the displayed list.
4. Click the enabled modules link.
5. Hover on the Companion edit button module and click Disable.
