How to assign issue during transition

Hi all

I want to assign issue to the one custom field as "Transfer To". And only that user should process the further ticket, nobody should be able to see the further transitions. So when i assign issue to the user as (Transfer To), until the user accepts the ticket, assignee should be on my name and newly assigned user should come as waiting to accept(but he should not be assigned with that ticket)..when the user accepts then the assignee should get changed to the newly assigned userAssignee should not change to new user until he accepts the ticket..I tried checking conditions and validators but didnot work

can anybody help me in this ??

You can do something like this :

1. Create a transition named "Transition To" and have a custom field of user type. 
2. In transition screen ask for the custom field.
3. Create a transition named "Accept" and add a condition that it will be visible only to the user of your custom field. On other transitions add a condition for user of your custom field and the same user is assignee.
4. Once your user Accept then add a post function which will make him assignee.
5. You have to write scripts for these conditions and post functions.
